Kathie joined her husband at Townsend Real Estate in 2014 in response to the continued growth of the business and has since become an integral part of the team. As Senior Property Manager and Licensee in Charge, she brings strong leadership, extensive local knowledge and a practical, hands-on approach to every aspect of her role.

A true Orange local, Kathie was born and raised in the area and has developed a broad network of community connections throughout Orange and the surrounding district. Her genuine understanding of the region, its people and its property market enables her to provide clients with informed, personalised service.

Before entering real estate, Kathie spent 28 years working in the health industry. This experience shaped her compassionate nature, attention to detail and calm, capable approach. Known for her can-do attitude, Kathie is committed to clear communication, practical solutions and consistently strives to meet—and, wherever possible, exceed—her clients’ expectations.

Under Kathie’s leadership, the property management team has achieved outstanding results. Since joining Townsend Real Estate, Kathie has also established an impressive sales record. A career highlight was achieving the highest residential sale in the Orange CBD, firmly demonstrating her ability to deliver exceptional results.
